About Elite Rendering and Venetian Plaster

Kareem entered the rendering trade at 15 years old. That was more than 26 years ago. What started as a job became a genuine passion for the craft. Over more than two decades, he has worked alongside some of the most skilled tradespeople in the rendering industry, absorbing techniques and knowledge that only come from years of hands-on practice.

The opportunity to work across different finishes, different substrates and different projects gave Kareem an understanding of the trade that goes far beyond any single specialisation. Acrylic rendering, cement rendering, texture coatings, Venetian plaster, feature walls and repairs: each requires its own approach, its own timing and its own level of care. He has mastered all of them.

Elite Rendering and Venetian Plaster was founded in Sydney with one standard in mind: every job gets the full effort, every time. Not just for major projects. For every job. Kareem takes on challenging work because he enjoys the problem-solving that comes with it. And he takes satisfaction in delivering a finished result that not only looks right, but holds up over time.

Today, Elite Rendering services all of Greater Sydney, travelling to Wollongong, the Blue Mountains and Moss Vale. The team is small by design. Two people who care about the work.
